My journey into this work began through my own desire to feel better in my mind, body, and life. I’ve experienced periods of depression, anxiety, and deep disconnection, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to care for yourself in a way that actually helps. Through therapy, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and self-reflection, I slowly began to rebuild a more compassionate and supportive relationship with myself.

With a background in psychology and advanced training in yoga, breathwork, and holistic wellness, I now support others in finding that same sense of connection within themselves. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about learning how to listen to yourself, care for your inner world, and meet yourself with kindness.

This library was created as a space for you to explore those practices in a way that feels supportive, thoughtful, and real. My hope is that it helps you feel more peaceful in your day-to-day life, develop a more loving relationship with yourself, and continue healing and growing in ways that feel authentic to you.
