You have already tried to doing the “right” things, like exercising and eating well and still feel like there’s something missing. Deep down you know that life can be better than this, but you don’t know where to start. What if things didn’t have to be this way?

Hi, I'm Krista. I'm grateful that you're here! I spent a lot of time being completely exhausted, disconnected from my life, and honestly truly unhappy. I knew that I couldn’t keep living like this and that things needed to change. I looked all over the place for answers. I studied psychology (and went to therapy), mindfulness practices, spiritual traditions, and nature. Over the course of 10 years, I’ve tried it all (almost all of it). What I found is that connecting to my body, learning how to process emotions, developing a loving relationship with myself, discovering my values and purpose, and sharing my true self filled me up. It all sounds so simple, but as I'm sure you know, it's not. I couldn't have done all of this alone and you don't have to either. As an embodiment coach and yoga practitioner, I'm here to support and guide you on your journey towards embodied and purposeful living.

  • Embodiment Coaching

    I believe that you are creative, resourceful, and whole and I trust that you know yourself better than anyone else. My job an embodiment coach is to guide you into further self-understanding, so you can feel empowered to make the changes that help you live a more embodied and aligned life. I’ll help you to let go of the things that are keeping you burned out, stressed, and directionless. Benefit from being more present in your life, kinder to yourself, authentic with others, and more resilient in the face of life’s challenges.

  • Individual Yoga Sessions

    Experience a yoga session that addresses your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, these one-on-one sessions provide an opportunity to deepen your practice, invite presence in your life, and find comfort and stillness within. Sessions can be conducted in-person or online.

  • Group Yoga

    Join one of my weekly yoga classes with a different focus each week. Using asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, and yoga philosophy, feel more connected to your body, breath, and mind. These classes are offered in-person and can also be accessed anywhere in the world through Zoom. You may also request my yoga services for your event!
