Upcoming Gatherings
Seasonal experiences to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Every gathering at Sacred Ground Wellness is created with intention.
Some invite us into stillness, others into movement. Some lead us beneath the trees, while others gather us in a circle.
Each one offers a unique way of exploring what it means to live with greater presence, curiosity, and connection.
While every experience is different, they share the same heart: creating space to listen more deeply, to discover something new, and to remember that meaningful transformation often happens together.
I hope you'll find a gathering that speaks to where you are in this season.
Forest Bathing
Date/Time: October 4th from 10-11:30am
Location: TBD
Connect with yourself through the healing presence of nature. Forest bathing is an invitation to slow down and engage your senses through a gentle, guided experience outdoors. Together we will move slowly through the landscape, practice mindfulness, and create space for rest, reflection, and connection.
Perfect for:
Those seeking relaxation, nature connection, mindfulness, and a peaceful reset.
Women’s Circle
First Monday of the Month from October-March | 6:30-8:30pm
Location: A cozy space in South Minneapolis
A place to gather with intention, be fully yourself, and discover the magic of being witnessed. Women's Circle is a seasonal gathering where women come together to explore meaningful themes, share honestly, and build genuine connection over time. Through reflection, gentle movement, meditation, creativity, ritual, and conversation, we create space to listen inward, connect with one another, and explore what it means to live with greater authenticity and intention.
Perfect for:
Women seeking deeper connection, meaningful conversation, intentional community, and a place to be seen, heard, and fully themselves.
